How do I check if an item is available?

Our rental website has real time availability. If it shows as available for your date, you can go ahead and reserve it!

How do I rent flowers from BLUSH FLOWER CO.?

Renting from us is easy! Start by browsing our wide selection of florals available on your date. Once you’ve chosen the items, add them to your cart and submit your request. A 50% deposit is required to book and the balance is due 60 days before the rental start date.
Rentals are from Thursday to Monday. Most of our clients pick up and return the florals from us and do their own set up. if you’d like our set up/tear down services on your wedding date, you can request this at checkout.

How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
You can book anytime, however we suggest booking early for the best availability and to avoid disappointment.
Do you require a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required to book. The balance is due 60 days before your rental starts. If your booking is within 60 days, full payment at booking is required.

What if there is inclement weather on my rental day?
We understand that weather plays a big part in your plans for your wedding day.
 
Our flowers cannot be used in rain as water can cause damage. Typically, if there is rain or inclement weather in the forecast, your wedding venue will move the ceremony inside.  
What if I need assistance with setup and tear down at my event?

While most of our clients do their own set up/tear down, we do offer optional setup and tear down/pick up services for your convenience. During the checkout process, you can request a quote for professional setup/tear down service. Our experienced team will ensure that the decor is placed and arranged according to your preferences.

Is it possible to view the rental items in person before renting them?

We are an online-based business at this time but we are happy to share additional photos or videos with you upon request so you can better see the quality and colours of our flowers. We invest in the highest quality flowers and have trained florists on staff to create beautiful modern designs that your guests will rave about. What is the minimum rental amount per booking?

Our minimum is $300 per booking 

Where do I pick up my rental?

Pick up and return of your rental is in the south end of Ottawa (Findlay Creek).

What happens if I need to cancel or change my rental?

We understand plans can change! If circumstances necessitate rescheduling an event, full credit of monies previously paid will be applied to the new event date, less any services already rendered.

What happens is an item is lost or damaged?

We understand that accidents happen! We will need to replace or repair the item for the next rental and therefore, a fee will apply to cover those costs. 

Some tips to avoid this situation: 

  • Collect all bouquets and boutonnieres after the ceremony and photos are over. 
  • Bring any flowers from outside into your reception after the ceremony is over to avoid unexpected bad weather and to re-use these as venue decor. All of our florals can be re-purposed e.g. accent tables, sweetheart table, etc. 
  • Designate a family member or friend to do these things on your behalf. Often the venue’s wedding coordinator can assist also. 
  • At the end of the night, pack up the florals in the boxes/container they came in
  • Never leave the florals outdoors overnight or unattended for an extended period of time.
